Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is therapy right for me?​

    • You've already done the hard part by showing up here. It's scary but it can be very rewarding with what you make of it. Remember...this is for you and time invested into you.​

  • ​What forms of payment do you accept?
    • I accept all major credit and debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and zelle. Full payment is required at the start of the session.​
  • Do you accept insurance?
    • I currently am not accepting insurance. With insurance involved, full privacy ​is no longer available to the client as insurance may audit treatment plans, allowing them to read the notes from our sessions, decide the number of sessions you are alloted for treatment, and require access to a diagnosis. This may hinder your comfort and growth as it impacts your confidentiality in therapy. Although I do not accept insurance at this time, upon your request I can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I highly recommend checking with your insurance about your out-of-network benefits, as I can not guarantee you will be reimbursed. 
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    • There is a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please contact me at least 24 hours in advanced. Failure to reschedule and/or not showing up for your session will result in a full charge for the session. There will be a late cancellation fee if contacted after the 24 hour window.​
